1. Professional Planning Fees

Curated Journeys DG charges professional planning and coordination fees based on the scope and complexity of travel services requested.

Current Fee Structure:

Group Planning & Coordination Fee (10 + travelers): $350 flat rate

This fee includes:

• Destination and property research
• Customized itinerary development
• Vendor and supplier communication
• Rooming list management
• Group payment coordination
• Logistics planning
• Pre-departure travel guidance
• Ongoing support before departure

Planning fees are

• Due prior to research and proposal delivery
• Non-refundable
• Separate from supplier payments and travel costs

Planning work will not begin until the required fee has been received.

2. Scope of Services

Curated Journeys DG provides professional travel planning services, including, but not limited to:

• Research and sourcing of accommodations, resorts, and villas
• Cruise and tour coordination
• Group travel management
• Activity and excursion recommendations
• Itinerary design
• Vendor communication and booking assistance

Curated Journeys DG acts as an independent travel advisor affiliated with a host agency and facilitates bookings through third-party travel suppliers.

3. Supplier Responsibility

Curated Journeys DG acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers (including but not limited to hotels, resorts, tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, transportation providers, and excursion vendors).

Curated Journeys DG is not responsible for:

• Supplier schedule changes
• Service interruptions
• Acts of nature
• Government restrictions
• Airline delays or cancellations
• Lost, damaged, or delayed baggage
• Supplier insolvency

All bookings are subject to each supplier’s individual terms and cancellation policies.

4. Payments & Pricing

All travel pricing is subject to change until deposits are received and bookings are confirmed.

Clients are responsible for:

• Meeting all payment deadlines
• Reviewing booking confirmations for accuracy
• Understanding supplier cancellation policies

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation and applicable penalties.

5. Group Payment Coordination

For group travel:

• Individual travelers may be responsible for submitting payments directly through provided payment links.
• The primary group contact is responsible for communicating information to all travelers.
• Curated Journeys DG is not responsible for non-payment by individual group members.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Clients are responsible for reviewing coverage details and selecting appropriate protection.

Failure to purchase travel insurance constitutes a waiver of liability for unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

7. Documentation Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring all travelers:

• Have valid passports (if applicable)
• Meet visa requirements
• Meet health or vaccination requirements
• Comply with airline and destination regulations

Curated Journeys DG is not responsible for denied boarding due to improper documentation.

8. Itinerary Changes & Revisions

Significant itinerary changes after booking may incur additional planning or change fees depending on the scope of the request.

Supplier change fees and penalties may also apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

By engaging Curated Journeys DG, clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks.

Curated Journeys DG shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense resulting from:

• Acts of God
• Weather conditions
• Pandemics
• Government actions
• Civil unrest
• Supplier negligence

10. Acceptance of Terms

Submission of payment to Curated Journeys DG signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
