1. General Agreement

By submitting a Trip Request Form, communicating with Curated Journeys DG, or proceeding with trip planning services, you (“Client”) acknowledge, agree, and consent to be bound by the policies, responsibilities, and terms outlined herein.

Curated Journeys DG acts as a travel planning and advisory service and does not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation services, or third-party suppliers. All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of each supplier.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate legal names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification or passport

• Provide truthful and complete information for all travelers

• Review all travel documents for accuracy (dates, names, passport numbers, etc.)

• Verify travel requirements, including visas, passports, vaccinations, and entry restrictions

• Make required payments by deadlines

• Understand that failure to comply with supplier rules may result in loss of funds

• Maintain valid travel identification at the time of departure

• Obtain optional travel insurance at their discretion

Curated Journeys DG is not liable for:

• Denied boarding due to ID/passport issues

• Missed flights or connections

• Changes in airline or cruise policy

• Weather-related disruptions

• Illness or injury during travel

• Personal loss or theft during travel

3. Photography & Social Media Permission

By booking through Curated Journeys DG, Client agrees to the following:

• Client may be asked for photos of their trip for portfolio or marketing purposes.

• Client is not required to provide images if they choose not to.

• Photos voluntarily shared with Curated Journeys DG may be used in:

  • Website portfolio

  • Instagram

  • Travel reels

  • Promotional graphics

  • Testimonials

• Images will NOT be used without Client consent.

• Client may withdraw permission in writing at any time.

4. Cruise-Specific Terms

For any cruise travel arranged through Curated Journeys DG, Client acknowledges:

• All cruise reservations, onboard policies, documentation requirements, and refund policies are governed by the cruise line directly.

• Curated Journeys DG is not responsible for:

  • Cabin availability

  • Ship changes or rerouting

  • Port cancellations

  • Onboard medical access

  • Shore excursion modifications

• Client is responsible for arriving on time for embarkation.

• The cruise line reserves the right to deny boarding due to:

  • Late arrival

  • Incomplete identification documents

  • Failure to meet health requirements

• Missed embarkation does not entitle Client to a refund from Curated Journeys DG.

5. Fees, Service Charges & Payment Policy

Curated Journeys DG may charge the following non-refundable fees:

• Travel planning/itinerary design fees

• Consultation fees

• Revision or last-minute change fees

• Administrative fees for updates after booking

• Supplier-specific change fees

Non-Refundable Clause:

Service and planning fees paid to Curated Journeys DG are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or alteration of travel plans by the Client or third-party suppliers.

Curated Journeys DG does not guarantee pricing or availability until booking is finalized and confirmed by the supplier.

6. Travel Insurance Notice

Client acknowledges that:

• Travel insurance is highly recommended

• Insurance may cover cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and delays

• Declining insurance means Client assumes all financial risk

Curated Journeys DG is not financially responsible for any outcome of choosing not to purchase insurance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Curated Journeys DG is not liable for:

• Losses due to supplier actions or negligence

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Natural disasters

• Public health concerns

• Acts of terrorism

• Government actions or border closures

• Changes in travel requirements

Client agrees to hold Curated Journeys DG harmless from any claim relating to travel disruptions.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using Curated Journeys DG services, requesting travel planning assistance, or confirming a booking, Client confirms:

• They have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

• They accept responsibility for compliance with travel requirements

• All communications may serve as legal documentation of an agreement
